A computerized sentry system monitors the System and if problems arise, the computer calls the office and either the homeowner is called to alert them that there is a problem, or a Certified Technician in your area is dispatched to take care of the problem.

The monitoring equipment can range from simple auto-dialers for reporting problems to sophisticated reporting and recording devices that can provide limitless information and remote service capabilities.

The monthly monitoring contracts, which can be as low as $8 per month, will range from simple equipment to alert in case of any malfunction in the Equaris equipment to complete monitoring and maintenance services and reporting capabilities with potential security systems.

This monitoring System is Y2K ready and ensures that everything is working fine. If the monitoring system does detect a problem the Equaris System is shut down, which means your family's drinking supply is always clean and pure.

• Tele-controller Features
  • Custom configurations of hardware and software for OEM requirements.
  • Monitors a variety of parameters as programmed, such as pump run time, power interruption date and time, temp-erature, humidity, fluid levels, etc.
  • Calls central PC station on programmed date and time to report parameters.
  • Calls central PC station if alarm conditions occur.
  • Calls in service request via a pager number.
  • Calls up to 8 pre-programmed phone numbers.
  • Answers only authorized calls by checking caller identification data.

• Input Options
  • Digital - Up to 64 input channels. Typical signals monitored are TTL, potential free contacts, switching of 230 V AC, 115 V AC, or 24 V DC. Event counter and run time accumulator.
  • Analog - Analog-to-digital converter can monitor up to 16 channels with 8,10 or 12-bit resolution. Typical signals are 4-20 mA, 0-5 volts, thermistors and solid state temp sensors such as AD590, etc., according to customer needs

• Output Options
  Selection of fully solid static switches with zero crossing detection, which reduces EMI due to switching of inductive loads such as motors, values, solenoids, etc. Up to 32 output channels available.
  • Remote programming. The central PC station can send new operational parameters or a completely new program to tele-controller over the phone line.
  • Local programming and diagnostics via a handheld terminal.
